01 / What shaped meI knew how to
keep going.
I lost my father as a child, experienced foster care and lived independently from a young age. Later, I navigated widowhood and seasons of significant transition.
Those experiences shaped me. They also led me to deeper questions about identity, belonging, grief, faith and the stories we carry into adulthood.
02 / Beneath the surfaceFunctioning isn’t the same
as being free.
For a long time, I understood how to keep going. I later discovered that we can be dependable, gifted, prayerful and productive while still being influenced by old wounds, fear or beliefs we have never examined.
I had to learn to tell the truth, seek God and build structure — while carrying responsibility, healing and beginning again.
03 / A calling to help women seeThat understanding
became part of my calling.
God did not simply call me to encourage women. He called me to help women see: to recognise the roots beneath repeated experiences, confront what is true without shame, renew their minds and build with wisdom.
Now I create spaces where women can pause, be honest about where they are and develop a practical strategy for what comes next.
